Our suites come fully equipped with shampoo bowls, dryers, chairs, stations, and cabinetry — or bring your own setup and we'll clear the room. With an on-site receptionist, two washer/dryers, a break room, and a covered patio, it's a professionally run space built so you can focus on your clients, not the overhead.

Independent licensed beauty professionals of all kinds — hairstylists and barbers, estheticians, nail artists, lash and brow artists, injectors and med-spa providers, massage and bodywork therapists, and permanent makeup and waxing specialists. Have something else in mind, like tattoo? Just ask and we'll talk it through.
Suites run $200–$300 per week depending on room size, and we also offer $75/day daily rentals. Choose daily, weekly, monthly, or a 1-, 2-, or 3-year term — longer commitments come at a better rate. No rigid lock-in.
We have 22 suites total with about 12 open right now — a mix of singles, doubles, and quiet-wing rooms for spa and massage.
